The Apex G-Score is built exclusively from publicly verifiable regulatory filings and from licensed market and corporate-event data feeds. This notice identifies the principal categories of source on which Apex relies and sets out the disclaimers that apply to that reliance.

These sources are not proprietary; a competent analyst with appropriate time and access can retrieve every filing referenced in any Apex G-Score output. Apex Governance LLC does not redistribute raw filings, does not operate a competing disclosure-mirror service, and does not sell raw extracted data. The Apex G-Score framework derives its outputs from these filings and integrates the resulting indicators into its proprietary scoring methodology.
Pipeline markets (those in which an Apex G-Score product is in development but not yet offered, including Indonesia and Malaysia) are sourced from their respective regulators and exchanges (for example, IDX and OJK in Indonesia; Bursa Malaysia in Malaysia). The list above is updated when a pipeline product enters general availability.
Reliance on each source is limited to data lawfully made available by the operator for use of the type Apex makes. Apex does not republish bulk filings.
§ 02 Licensed Market and Corporate-Event Feeds
Where indicators require structured market data (price, market capitalization, trading volume, free float, sector classification) or structured corporate-event data (auditor changes, audit opinions, restatements, board changes, share-issuance events), Apex sources from licensed commercial providers under the terms of those licenses. Such data is incorporated only into Apex's own analytical outputs and is not redistributed in raw form to subscribers.
§ 03 Manual Research
For certain time-sensitive events, indicator confirmation, or data-quality investigations, Apex conducts manual research using regulator press releases, exchange announcements, and authoritative news outlets. Manual-research findings are integrated into Apex outputs subject to the same data-quality pipeline as automated sources.
§ 04 Acknowledgement of Source Operators
Apex acknowledges the public-interest function of the regulators, exchanges, and operators identified above. The names, marks, and identifying information of those operators remain the property of their respective owners and are referenced here for descriptive purposes only. Reference to a source operator does not imply endorsement of, sponsorship by, or affiliation with Apex.
§ 05 No Liability for Source Limitations
Source operators and licensed data providers may experience outages, file incomplete data, restate prior data, change formats, alter access conditions, or otherwise create discontinuities. Apex monitors for such events and, where significant, reflects them in its data-quality pipeline. However, Apex is not responsible for any limitation, error, omission, or delay in any source. Reliance on Apex outputs that depend on a particular source is at the user's risk.
If a source operator's terms of use require attribution in a specific form for any output that incorporates the source's data, that attribution is delivered with the corresponding Apex output to the relevant subscriber.
§ 06 Linked Resources
Where the website or other public materials link to a source operator's portal, the link is provided for convenience. Once you click through, you are subject to the source operator's own terms of use and privacy practices. Apex does not control and does not endorse any third-party site.
