Submission received
An automated confirmation is sent to the address you provide. Your inquiry enters the qualification queue the same business day.
Qualification review
Apex reviews mandate fit, scope of interest, and institutional profile. Qualifying inquiries proceed to response; non-fitting inquiries receive a brief reply explaining the misalignment.
Response & NDA
Qualifying inquiries receive a direct response with a mutual NDA, the methodology packet, and sample data — after which scope and commercial terms can be discussed in confidence.
Five business days is the response target, not a queue ceiling. In practice most qualifying inquiries are answered sooner. Academic and partnership inquiries follow their own review paths and may run on different cadences.
